Mud-Link uses customer information to process payments, fulfill orders, provide support, measure how the shop is used, and meet legal obligations.
Orders and payment
Your cart is saved in your browser so it remains available if you leave the shop. Stripe processes payment details and collects the contact and shipping information needed to complete an order. Mud-Link does not receive or store complete card numbers.
Mud-Link stores order details, totals, and fulfillment status in Supabase. Our print partners (Printful and Printify) receive the customer and shipping details required to produce and deliver paid orders.
Analytics and advertising
Mud-Link may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the shop, and the Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel to measure whether ads on those platforms lead to visits and orders. When active, these tools receive page views and shopping events such as product views, cart changes, checkout starts, and completed purchases, including product identifiers, prices, quantities, order value, and an order reference. They may set or read cookies and similar identifiers in your browser (for example _ga, _fbp, _fbc, and _ttp) and receive technical details such as your IP address, browser, and device type. Mud-Link does not send your name, email address, phone number, or shipping address to these tools.
When you arrive from a link or ad, the shop records campaign details in your browser: UTM campaign tags, ad click identifiers (such as gclid, fbclid, or ttclid), the referring website's domain, the page you landed on, and any referral code in the link. When you start checkout, these details (and, with advertising measurement allowed, the ad-platform browser identifiers above) are stored with your order so we can tell which campaigns and referrals lead to sales. Ad click identifiers and ad-platform browser identifiers are left out when advertising measurement is off.
Your choices
Use Privacy Choices to turn analytics or advertising measurement on or off for this browser. Your choice is saved in your browser; clearing site data resets it. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel are not loaded and Google advertising storage stays off. Analytics and advertising choices do not affect your cart or checkout.
Google, Meta, TikTok, and Stripe also handle data under their own privacy policies, and some offer additional ad-preference controls in your account settings with them.
